Our automated touch-tone telephone service is a safe, easy way to do your banking from your home or office any time, any day. Simply call 800-325-0981 toll-free 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. You can use Phone Banking to:
- Check your account balances (checking, savings, loans, CDs)
- Check transactions in your account
- Transfer money between accounts
In order to verify your identity, the first time you call in you will need to enter your account number, followed by your Social Security Number. This is the only time you will be asked to enter your SSN. You will then be prompted to re-register your Personal Identification Number (PIN). For account transactions and inquiries, you will always be asked to enter your account number and PIN.
Account Balance Menu
- Enter account number and PIN
- Pending transaction detail, Press 1 or Yes; 2 for No
- Press 1 to repeat balance
- Press 2 for account history
- Press 3 to speak with an Honor Banker
- Press 4 to hear the balance on another account
Account History Menu
- Press 1 for Checking
- Press 1 for the last five transactions
- Press 2 to search by check #
- Press 3 to search by amount
- Press 4 to search all transactions
- Press 5 to search by withdrawals
- Press 6 to search by deposits
- Press 2 for Savings
- Press 3 for Loans
Transfer Funds Menu
- Press 1 to transfer funds immediately
- Press 2 to schedule a future funds transfer
- Press 3 to make a payment
- Press 4to hear existing scheduled transfers
- Press 5 to delete a scheduled transfer
- Press 1 to change your EZ Banking PIN
